It never fails. Every few months, my body responds my running regimen with injury. Those injuries have been pretty consistent, either knee or heel pain. Over the past few weeks, it’s been my right knee. I respond in kind by breaking out my foam roller, hopping on my bike, or taking greater care in my pre- and post-run stretches. After a week or so of consistent care, the pain goes away. And…as soon as the pain disappears, so do the disciplines.
